Blue dot at my location

When I select "Weather radar", I see a small blue circle at the location of my home. However, on any other selection screen, the blue dot is gone. Is there any way to see the blue dot on multiple option screens (Satellite, Humidity, Wind, Temperature, etc.)? If not, please consider this post a request. Thank You!
