I can confirm, false storm over Warsaw is since a week or two. I see it on didfferent computers and phone app.

Confirm.
This storm layer has been stuck over the center of Warsaw for about 2 weeks. -
Sadly the error appears on the provider site.
I have written directly to them. Hopefully they will correct the error on their API (they are the owners of the data) -
