Request help to change wrong locations

I was about to post a complaint about an error in the location of two weather stations in Morocco and Algeria but before that I read the complaint of users and the response was that we should contact the service provider OpenStreetMap and I also read that we can modify the error ourselves but how can we do that? Is there a brief explanation of the matter and thank you

If these weather stations are not correctly located, that’s not a location name problem, and so it is not an issue with OSM.
Could you give us the reference name of these stations? And which should be their correct location? -

These stations are currently located near the Moroccan coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
For the station for the first is this:
WMO 60520 (SIDI BEL ABBES /ALGERIA)

Real Station Location : 35.1128850, -2.2965436
