Is shorter forecast period available?

Hi, I'm Jonathan who is a totally newbie for Windy api.
I want to use the wind forecast data with a shorter period(in seconds or minute unit, not 3 hours).
Does any body know if a forecast data with shorter period is available if I upgrade to a premium version or if I contact administrator?
