Hong Kong Red Cross Hqts vacated the site (next to the tree at the centre of the image) in 2015. The site has remained an empty lot since then.

Thank you. Perhaps all I should say is that the webcam covers almost the entirety of a very short highway, 780 metre long (per wiki). It is called HARCOURT ROAD.
