Hong Kong Red Cross Hqts vacated the site (next to the tree at the centre of the image) in 2015. The site has remained an empty lot since then. -

Thank you. Perhaps all I should say is that the webcam covers almost the entirety of a very short highway, 780 metre long (per wiki). It is called HARCOURT ROAD. -

Thank you. I removed "Red Cross Hqts" and added the HARCOURT ROAD.
