      How do I get in touch with FastSpring to settle a triple billing mistake?

        @kcnadley Hello, I can see you have a triple charge for a monthly subscription. I refunded you the last 2 orders and left only from 19.8.2022.

        Please also note that we no longer offer a monthly subscription, I suggest subscribing to the annual option.
