Daily Personal Forecast

I am now receiving daily forecasts for my favorite location sent to me as an app notification, which is nice - but they do not arrive until ~ 1PM EST (USA) which is well after we might leave for a sail and long after I have already checked Windy for the days conditions early in the morning. Why are they not arriving until mid-day? Is there a way to change the time of these App notifications that pop up on my mobile phone? Thanks.

Are these notifications the Alert notifications from Windy?
They cannot replace the morning checking of the current day conditions.
They can be used as a danger alert for navigation, for example setting it for conditions beyond 30kt of wind, and in this case there are useful for the following days, not the current one.
