Weather Observation Data as a service

I would be interested in receiving a daily eMail containing tabular weather observation data, such as
- solar radiation (hourly)
- temperature (hourly)
- wind vector (hourly)
- precipitaion (daily)
for a set of geo locations (coordinates) and would be willing to pay a fair amount of money per month.
Developers out there or maybe windy team, would you be interested in offering something? -
@WxFrog Hello, we do not data in such format. If you want, you can set an alert for particular conditions such as wind, temperature etc. and receive alerts as an email or mobile notification.

Alternatively, do I need to get the API? However, it surely is worth the money but in the end too expensive for my little experiment -
