Is the time on Windy adjusted for DST? In other words does the time in Windy’s forecasts and model outputs match my local time? Thanks

Time shown on Windy is your current local time.
In my area it is CEST (Central European Summer Time).
In your area you can easily check it if you know the difference between your DST and UTC.
In Settings tick Display all times in UTC, you’ll get both local time and UTC (Z).
