I no longer need this subscription and joined online but the process to cancel is insane. Tried to go to FastSpring and it said it would send me information to log in to my account but I just get an email saying welcome!
I want to cancel immediately.
@Rachel-Lamb Hello, I could not find any subscription under your email address. Also, your account doesn't have Premium access, which indicates you never used Premium.
To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms.
