Hurricane tracker: Typhoon Hinnamnor's EC forcast isn't right

Hurricane tracker --> ECWMF. Windy actually show the another tropical cycle's forcast path.

You are probably right as shown by Wind accumulation layer

And by ECMWF itself

Some confusion with TD 13W and 14W ?
