LWIS data is not shown

Please see the attached screenshot:
I've pulled up the Navcanada METAR / TAF observations for CYKQ. Most of the day it has METARs, but after 21Z it turns into an LWIS station. It seems that Windy is not able to pull LWIS data but instead only displays the latest METAR.
I'm not sure who the weather provider / API is for Canadian METARs/TAFs for Windy (NOAA? Navcanada? Something else?) so it'd be hard to pinpoint where the shortcoming lies.
