Some live streams serve Shockwave Flash files (.swf)!

There's a number of live streams that I've noticed that seem to serve a .swf file for viewing.

Is there any browser that has a working flash player enabled by default lol?

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Maybe there should be an option to exclude those results because the majority of devices won't know what to do with a .swf file.

Here are some examples. Both the embed and direct link give the .swf file

I realize that this can't be detected beforehand... But you guys could probably crawl your archive and add a flag?

I'm guessing these cameras were perhaps added back in the day when flash files were handled natively.

Leaving this in the hands of the fine Windy developers to do something about if it's even possible.

@adeels Hello, webcam images can be viewed through the timelapse player directly in the webcam's detail.

Is there any issue with that directly on Windy?

@Korina Sorry I should have further clarified. This is an issue with LIVE streams, they do not play in natively in your timelapse player. They open in a new tab, and sometimes its an SWF file.

Not sure how you guys would fix this without re-encoding the stream or getting in touch with the owners..
