Blue dot in wrong place ... inconsistently, again.

The moment I shift to weather radar mode, it always moves (or sets, I can't tell which) the blue dot to another location. I have the config set to open the start up location to my home town, and, of course, to "wind" because I'm not on premium. This is the web version, using Chrome.
Is this a bug, is it me misconfiguring something, is this by design, or is this a "feature that we are considering improving?"

@gnurph69 Hi, did you allow Windy to use your location services? Is the location incorrect, when you tap on "find my location" on the Weather radar layer?
