can't open routing/planning

I have been trying to use the routing feature.
I can right click and drop points but nothing pops up on the bottom of the screen for weather info.
I have tried using multiple browsers, I have tried to find the app for windows download but cannot. -

Route planner is not available with the mobile app.
Only on browser version, on desktop. For instance on browser version on tablet, you get only the basic feature.
Which device are you using? -
I am on my laptop.
I have read everywhere that the mobile app does not support planning. I understand this. I am trying to use my laptop. thanks -
how do I access the desktop version? thanks

If you use a laptop it should works, same as desktop PC.
But some laptops with a small screen are identified by Windy as a mobile device.
Which UI do you get?

I am going to connect laptop to tv and adjust screen size. Perhaps this will fix. Thanks

Just in case anyone is wondering it worked. No screen adjustment needed just HDMI cable out of laptop into tv and tv displays desktop version. Unplug HDMI cable and back to mobile version it goes. Thanks
