@SaberMars2045 Hello, please do not duplicate your posts. I asked you in your previous post about what data you are missing. Windy covert the whole globe with forecast, it just depends what forecast model you use. Please describe your issue.

Hello, I'm Alex, I used Windy briefly for my one week vacation and I forgot to cancel the subscription during the trial period.
And I was charged the amount for the whole year, and I'm not going to use the product at all.
Could you, please, do a refund?
PS: the wind speed estimates on the see did not seem to match what we were encountering in SW part of Sardinia between 29th of August and 2nd of SeptPlease tell me what other information I may provide to you, if needed.

I can see you don't have a Premium account. If you buy a Premium from a different account, please send us an invoice at support@windy.com.
We'll take a look.
BTW you can cancel the trial account on the platform you originally bought the premium.

Hi, I canceled the subscription from the App Store, that's why at this moment I do not have a Premium account.
I've sent to support@windy.com the invoice and hopefully we'll sort this out.Have a great day,

@Alexandru-Peptan Hello, if you canceled during the trial period, then you will not be charged and there is no refund needed. Refunds can be issued only from the App Store side.
