Distance Iso Lines

I miss a layer that shows iso distance lines overlaid on top of the map. Somethings like you see in a radar, with a circle for every 5km or 10/20/50/100 km.
Center of it could be either the center of the screen or the weather picker.
Is there already a way to show that?
