Avoid politicization of Windy

In the description of the locations that are in the region of Catalonia Spain (such as Barcelona, Tarragona , or any other city or village) doesn't say Catalonia, Spain, but is used as a political claim about the language of the region.
Pls do the necessary correction to avoid the politicization of Windy
