I can only see past radar, is there a way to see future?

No because a radar picture in the near future is a faking. It is the last image from the radar which is shown moving in the same direction during 1 or 2 hours. -
@idefix37 so on other weather apps when it’s showing you future it is a guesstimate?

Yes it is.
Look carefully at these apps. During the last hour the picture shows changes specially with convective rain (thunderstorm conditions) i.e. The rain starts over some locations and stop over others with an overall displacement depending on the wind in altitude. But after the current time, the picture is mostly frozen (these apps introduce small artificial variations). This picture is just shown moving at same speed.

@idefix37 thank you so much. That explains why the radar forecast is never accurate. Is there a way to see multiple layers at the same time? I am looking to include wind and tide on the radar screen.

There no way to see Radar and Wind at same time, but the Tide forecast can be shown with the Radar layer. -
