Rain clouds

Hello,
As someone new to this community I am wondering if rain clouds tend to be "low clouds" so if you are only concerned about any clouds that might bring rain you should look at the Low Clouds layer?

If you are concerned with rain, you better look at Cloud layer, even if the layer shows all types of clouds. With this layer the rain forecast is shown by small dots in cloudy area.

Or you can look directly at Rain layer.
