      Windy displays "No Data!" in chrome browser, and ther is a notification of expiration of certifacte also. Pls help me to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
      Btw, Explorer 11 is ok on same Win 10 machine.

        Generally this frozen screen disappears when changing zoom level, zooming in for instance.

            The final solution is to install the certificate of ISRG Root X1 on my computer.
