Dear Team,
Could you please confirm the following:
1.Whether data through API can be fetched in 15 minute intervals ?
2.What is the refresh frequency of data fetched through API ?
3.What is the minimum time interval for which data can be fetched?Premium subscription has been availed and we are looking at having these data points.
Also, could contact details be provided since previous contact over mails have not yet been attended to.

Premium Subscription is made for regular users, not for commercial use on another website as a part of the product.
For this use, you have to buy an API license.
10 000 sessions per day is a limit. Refresh frequency is the same as for regular Windy users (3h forecast). Check the info box in the bottom right corner on Windy.com for more data. ECMWF model is available only for internal use for an extra payment.
