Location "forecast weather" temperatures different to favourites temperatures

This error appears to be specific to the temperature field. The location "forecast temperatures" are locked to the model forecast surface temperature and not representative of the selected pressure level temperature at those locations. To illustrate the difference, I have captured the temperature field at 250hpa which indicates temperatures ranging -43C to -44C at my favourites locations...sensible. The corresponding temperature values when selecting "forecast temperature" are values consistent with the surface level.
This is only for the temperature field. All other weather parameters show consistent values at both favourites and town location points.
