Initial Settings Failure

Downloaded app to iPAD from Apple App store (9/14/22). Start Windy app. Asks about location setting - select ‘while using app’. Next shows location and by default displays metric/ centigrade setting.

Can select ‘mph’ BUT CANNOT select F (fahrenheit). The settings is frozen on C (centigrade). Go to display (in the US) and temperature in US is in Centigrade.

I eventually get to F but this error should be corrected.
