      I have the same issue. Gray screen. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app. Worked well for a while and now reverted to gray screen.

          Hi, I am Premium user on Android but when I try to use Windy.com on my Mac with Google Chrome I keep getting gray screen. What do I need to do to solve this issue?

            Hi, what is your OS version on this Mac ? Did you tried with Safari ?

              @idefix37 Hello, Thanks for your reply. I am using Mac OS X 10.11 Tried Safari still have same issue ....gray screen!! Any idea what are the causes of this issue. Windy app works great on my mobil phone and tablet but would like to use it too on my Mac since screen is larger and easier to view maps. Many thanks for your help and support

                Did you try to turn on/off Graphic compatibility mode in Settings ? This morning I got a gray screen on the mobile app from day-4 in timeline. Changing this setting solved this issue.

                    In the Windy.com settings.
                    The 3 bars at left upper corner of your screen. In your Mac at least you should see menus and time line. Don’t you ?

                      @idefix37 Found the Graphic Compatibility Mode, but it does not change anything on my screen...it remains all grey! Impossible to see any maps. Any other ideas? Many thanks.
