What's going on with India radar?

Noticed a lot of weird phenomenon over India with the radar. Does anyone know what they are? Here are a couple of examples.

@jughead76 Hi, those shapes are caused by radar interference from the radar source. We are unfortunately not able to affect these data, since we already receive them from the provider.

@Korina Thanks Korina. I thought is might be something like that. I knew it isn't an issue with Windy, but the radar. I guess I need to sharpen up my question:

Does anyone know why the radar would give off a signal like that? Any radar buffs out there?
