Premium access issues

I have paid for Premium on my iphone & ipad. Why can't I access it on my windows laptop without paying for a second premium account?
Also why doesn't anyone reply to emailed questions to Windy? -

When you have subscribed to Premium on your mobile device, you can access also Premium features on your laptop if you log in with the same account i.e. same e-mail adress and password.
Did you posted your message with your laptop or with your mobile device? It should show the Premium badge near your user name if you are a Premium user. -

Im messaging from my phone.
I cant log in and when I try, it says somethings broken.
Also when I ho to reset password it says its broken too. Sk I cant log in.
Ive got on the app on my phone and I just purchased premium but I cant see it on my account.
What should I do? -
