Premium access issues
I have paid for Premium on my iphone & ipad. Why can't I access it on my windows laptop without paying for a second premium account?
Also why doesn't anyone reply to emailed questions to Windy?
When you have subscribed to Premium on your mobile device, you can access also Premium features on your laptop if you log in with the same account i.e. same e-mail adress and password.
Did you posted your message with your laptop or with your mobile device? It should show the Premium badge near your user name if you are a Premium user.

Im messaging from my phone.
I cant log in and when I try, it says somethings broken.
Also when I ho to reset password it says its broken too. Sk I cant log in.
Ive got on the app on my phone and I just purchased premium but I cant see it on my account.
What should I do?
