What models are you guys using, UKMI or UKXI?
Your algorithm shows TS9 (Ian) too far East.
Great for selling generators and bottled water in South Florida, but it is going to hit closer to Apalachicola. The correct models should be between AVNI, AMEI, and CMCI.
Please correct the track.

Hey Mate, you seem to be a specialist of hurricane models, but you can’t identify the models used by Windy !
In the Hurricane tracker, Windy shows the official track (OFCL) computed by the NOAA.
In addition the track predicted by the ECMWF model is also available:
ECMWF model is the default model of Windy… what you call "your algorithm".
Is it a bad model for tracking hurricanes? No, it is one of the best as this article tends to show.For those who are not familiar with the list of models used by the NHC:

AVNO/AVNI is GFS. It is also available in Windy. You can select it if you prefer.
