Hurricane Tracker doesn't use my location for the "closest to your location"

I'm in Tampa, FL awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Ian. But when I click Hurricane Tracker in the iOS app, I'm shown some storm off the west coast of Mexico which is labeled "closest to your location". This occurs even after clicking Find My Location (which correctly finds it)

@davemyron Hello, and what location do you have set as your default? Is it favorite, GPS, or IP address?
