I got banner to sign up for premium. After paying, I got message below.. I could not see the new purchase until today.. I do not want 2 subscriptions. Please advise.

@Capnstewart Hello, if you have a duplicate charge, you can request a refund on a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms.
