New premium sub

So I decided to sign up for Windy premium because I like the app and I have to say…the premium “features” seem to have some issues, not sure about the “value” of premium vs other apps I subscribe to like Carrot and Radarscope. I just wanted to post and see if anyone else is having issues and/or if the issues are being looked at. Specifically, the 3D globe (only appears to be available on web not app) performance is horrible. When I enable that option everything starts freezing. It is not my computer or browser, I have a high end machine with tons of RAM, SSD, and a powerful GPU. That being said, I did test the option in settings for graphics and no change on the performance…it’s unusable. In addition, what’s up with the satellite widgets? They seem to barely update and/or the image is completely messed up. Clicking it brings up the app which will show normally (I’m in the US if that matters on sat).

@basurf Hello, the 3D globe is only available on a desktop. Regarding the technical issues, what browser do you use, please? We have no complaints about the performance at the moment.
Also, would you please describe what is wrong with the satellite widgets? Screenshot would be helpful.

@Korina Thanks for the reply. I will get some screenshots and post them. As far as what browser I’m using… I’ve tried Firefox, Safari, and Brave with the 3D globe.
