    Purchased premium on iphone, cant use on desktop

      Hi,

      I have purchased a premium subscription (via itunes) on my iphone (yearly). However, on my desktop browser when I log into windy.com it says I dont have a premium subscription. Surely I only have to pay for it once to be able to access premium sub benefits across all devices??

        @Hiss Hello, you will need to restore your purchase on your iPhone.

        You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:

        1. Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account.
        2. Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”

        This action should assign the Premium to your account; then, you can use it across your devices.

          @Korina Thanks for your reply. When I tried that it asked for a registration code. I dont recall getting a registration code when I subscribed via the app..

            @Korina As I posted in my other thread I am having the exact same issue as this individual. I am trying to follow instructions and I am not finding success. In step 2 of this reply you say "open subscriptions offer" where is that located when I am logged in to an existing pro account? There is no subscription to offer when we are already subscribed and logged in.

            The only way I found to restore purchases was to log out (not in) and then restore from there. However that only restored the purchase on the iPhone and not the computer.

            Also please help me understand why pro is $59 on iPhone and $23 on computer?

                @Hiss You need to restore the purchase on your phone in the app. It will not ask you for any registration code. Please try again in the app.
