Feels like temperature layer

I think it would be a great feature, with (correct me if I'm wrong) really simple implementation, since it's basically a math equation using parameters already measured in Windy.

This has been proposed in the past, but since it has been a while and with no answers, I would like to resurface the suggestion.

@zDavzBR Pretty much the standard thing that is on every other weather app. Can't see why it's not implemented in windy.com
