Not able to see rain and thunder in my cities.

Hello team,
today we have heavy rain and cloudy atmosphere in morning and also afternoon and may be it will be on evening too, when we check in you windy, it show as normal weather, means no rain and cloud on the two cities.

No cloud,

You don’t say which are these 2 cities, but ECMWF shows in the area cloud and rain, GFS and ICON show cloudy conditions as well as Satellite.
