how to get access 1-hour discretization to the wind prediction

I would like to buy wind forecast data with one-hour discretization.
Currently, I have paid access to the predictional data by API, but it has only a 3-hour discretization.
Would I understand correctly, if I take an annual premium subscription, I will have access to data with hour discretization?
