No weather radar in most of Costa Rica

I'm in the middle of Costa Rica. Why doesn't weather radar show up here?

In Nicaragua and Panama, even the middle of ocean the weather radar overlay works, but not most of Costa Rica. This is important!

I would attach a screenshot, but can't drag and drop on a smartphone.
