Radar data outage

Our radar data provider has currently an outage, therefore we are not displaying radar imagery for many areas across the globe. Please be patient, the issue will be resolved soon.

Its terrible to see an outage. But latest information shows the whole Asia is off support. Hopefully the radar is back online soon and not further delayed.

The weather radar in Turkey does not work in the same way.

Hey, its nearly Sunday now in Asia, so the radar has been offline now for 15 hours. When would it be normal again?

@B777300ANA @afugar @mertcangokgoz Hello, the issue with the radar outage is still ongoing. Once our provider resolves the issue, we will display radar images as soon as we can.

Thanks for the update. However, the local Vietnamese radar is still lagged and abit delayed. I think it is because the radar data isnt completedly recovered yet. It is currently 18:56 and the radar image has been the same since 18:15.

@B777300ANA I've had a bad signal for the past 7 days. People who don't pay money look better than there are many.

@เก-ยรต-ยศ-โกป-ยน-นท Hello, regarding the PH radar, our provider does not have the latest data, that is why don't display radar images for the area.
Weather radar is a free feature and is not included in the Windy Premium package.
