Layer graphics not visible

Dear All,
On the website ( safari ) the (layer) graphics are not working . Only a few thin stripes are visible .!

What do you mean with layer graphics?
Are they the wind animated particles which give the wind direction?
Or the isolines?
Could you show a screenshot?
