      Why does the app indicate 1 notification, yet there’s no notification to be found once the app is open?

        All my favorites have gone missing. Not sure how to find them.

            MobileMe app

            Did all this, even created a new favorite, which is now the only one. Then deleted that one. Still showing 1 notification on the app icon, but no notifications within the app. Also list all my previous favorites. Any help?

                @Kevin-Wyp-2 Hello, you will need to click on your profile and then click again on your photo in the left top corner. This will trigger drop-down window, where you can see recent notifications. Click on "clear all" to delete all the notifications.

                    @Kevin-Wyp-2 Hello, at the moment, you don't have any Favorites or notifications. You will receive notifications only if you create an alert.

                      @Korina okay. There are no intuitive alerts showing up when the app is open. Where in the App are Alerts selected or located? How can these be cleared? Why does my app still insist I don’t have premium?

                        @Kevin-Wyp-2 The alerts and Favorites are located when you tap on your profile. More about alerts here.

                        If you don't see Premium on your account, you probably did not restore your purchase. Please follow steps in this article for mobile to assign Premium to the account.

                          Since the newest update last week, I have been getting ghost notifications. By this I mean my phone will vibrate as though I've received a text, Hangouts message, Gmail, Outlook email or other notifications. When I check my phone, there's nothing there. It happens when the phone is not in use (screen locked) or when I'm using it. There aren't any notification messages that popup. This morning it happened while my phone was in DND mode.

                          Does any one have any idea why my phone is doing this? Do I need to re-install the update? I'd like to avoid doing a factory reset if at all possible.
