Premium - Personal Use Api Access, Typhoon Tracking

I'm a Windy Premium user, and we live on a farm. I am developing a Farm App to help us keep track of our water usage, and plan rainwater collection, as well as Solar planning, etc, lots of ideas
This is a personal-use application, not commercial
Is the Windy API available for Personal use as a Premium Member?
Also, of particular interest is the Typhoon Tracking, we got wiped out last December, and I mean flattened, and we would like to be able to see the Typhoon TRacking on our Farm App, we received little warning last year to prepare
