Is there the option to do voyage planning on the Windy Phone app just like the desktop version? -

https://community.windy.com/topic/13978/route-planner?_=1665907132571However there is a workaround (but not easy to use on phone, easier on tablet) using the Flight planner plug-in on your phone with a browser version different from your native browser.
Use this URL:
https://www.windy.com/plugins?47.398,0.704,5
Select Flight planner then, after pointing your way points, adjust speed via Air speed scale then click RPlanner.
Which type of travel do you imagine? By plane or boat or…. ?
