Premium account issues

Paid for a Premium Subscription but keep getting an error on startup saying there is a problem with my subscription and to fix payment method. The payment shows in my Google subscription paid on Oct 5 2022 and the next one on Oct. 5 2023. The payment showed on my Credit Card. Everything looks right on the subscription page.

@tbryant2k19 Hello, there seems to be some issue with the payment. I suggest checking the payment settings in your Google Play profile.

@Korina Can you be more specific about why? On Oct.5, my Mastercard processed the payment for Windy (Google*Windy Internet NS) and everything on my payment page is as it should be. The next scheduled payment is Oct. 5 2023.

I still get all of the premium features other than popup saying there ia a problem to fix.

@tbryant2k19 It seems that the subscription was deactivated on 4.10.2022. What email do you use on the Google Play platform? Please reply me via PM.
