Weather Radar - Odd Brown Colors

On the weather radar I noticed brown colors that seemed to be producing a lot of lightning during animation.

They don't tend to move like the weather system.

What are they?

They show the areas where there were lightning strikes during the radar loop, so they don’t move.
Select last 6h you will understand.
