      When I look at the forecast timeline as shown below:
      windy_timescaleerror.png

      The daytime and night time seem to be showing incorrect for Sunday onwards after the daylight saving time stops

        Time is shown correctly in the app, but Widgets are 1 hour ahead in time. I assume this affects people in the EU as a whole?

            @Korina The widgets for weather forecast and radar didn't follow DST resetting for Europe on the last Sunday of October.

              @Rudolpher Did you change the location while this happened?

                @Korina Changing location in Widget and back to original location fixed the issue.

                  @Korina My apologies for the late feedback but I didn’t get any notification. I am located in Norway and the timeline shown was for a local town here. I tested several other locations in the same time zone and they also showed incorrectly.

                    @Clive-Allen
                    Norway is in the CET time zone i.e. +1h to UTC (or Z)
                    It is exactly what is shown at this point forecast:

                    02B9BB17-789F-423C-9790-A2B4E050AD25.jpeg

                    If there are places in Norway where this is wrong, would you be kind to say precisely where.

                      @idefix37 Norway is utc + 2 during daylight saving time, so when daylight saving time ends on the Sunday it should adjust the timeline to correctly represent day and night, so my expectations would be daylight Starting 1 hour earlier and ending 1 hour earlier.

                        @Clive-Allen
                        Only developers can say if this adjustment is done or not. Impossible to check it right now.
                        (BTW when you have a reply here, you don’t get a notification. But that would be very useful feature because many users never look at replies)

                        Day/night limits should change like this:

                        4B4C156F-F58D-49B3-BBFA-1256C8BAE301.jpeg

                        This question is not just for Norway but for the whole CET/CEST time zone and all the others using a daylight saving time.

                          @Clive-Allen Hello, you still did not mention where exactly in Norway you are located and where the time was incorrect. Please provide more information.

                            @Korina

                            Regardless of where @Clive-Allen made his observations, when the time changes to daylight saving time (and vice versa when switching back to standard time), the length of day and night should show this change of hour. All hours must shift by 1 hour.

                            7CD5D737-7D0D-4EF4-8ABC-FFB7018A9E4A.jpeg

                            Developers should be able to tell if this is done or not, because it is not possible to see it now.

                              @Korina Hi, at the time I was in Oslo, however I noticed that the problem was not specific to Oslo or Norway, but other locations in Europe where I was looking at forecasts.

                                @Korina Any update regarding this as when I look at the timeline we still have the same problem. Clocks are due to change on Sunday at 02:00 but sunset times are not reflected in the timeline.

                                  Hi @Clive-Allen there is a change of time this weekend, so I will monitor that and if there is an issue I will forward this to colleagues. Thank you for your reminder.

                                    @Ondřej-Šutera So the issue is live now. You can see in the timeline that consideration to the time change happening on Sunday is not reflected here (dawn and dusk are respectively an hour later):

                                      You are right. Between Saturday and Sunday, at the moment, there is no change in dawn / dusk time nor in the difference between local time and UTC. Here is what is shown currently in the CET time zone.

                                      B876D300-5AE7-4589-B406-30B5220E943F.jpeg

                                      We shall see when time is updated. Usually the difference between local time and UTC during daylight saving time period is correct.

                                        After Sunday update the new daylight saving time stamping is ok. Dawn and dusk are well set and match UTC.

                                          @idefix37 @Ondřej-Šutera Yep so the timeline shows correct after the time changes, but that has never really been my point. My point is that the timeline shows incorrectly in the days leading up to the time change as shown in my screenshots above.

                                          You might ask why is this important. For me as a pilot it is important to know when dawn and dusk is as it has to do with licensing etc, so when I am planning a trip I use Windy to see how the weather is looking several days in advance of the departure and having the visual representation of dawn / dusk on the timeline is therefore important, and a great aid. Some airports are not equipped with lighting systems so it would a problem if planning a flight where you are expect to land or takeoff very close to the dusk / dawn period, only to find out the actual dusk / dawn time was an hour before and you can no longer fly into or depart from that airport at the expected time.

                                          My question is, will the Windy team look at fixing the timeline so that dawn and dusk times are represented correctly when the timeline includes dates which are both pre and post a time change for the chosen forecast location, or is this something that Windy is not concerned about?
