Windspeed and direction at different altitudes

How do I find the wind speed and direction at different altitudes??

With the Wind layer, you just need to adjust the Altitude slider at different levels to get the wind speed and direction shown as a map (tick Particles animation).

With a location forecast, select Airgram to see wind speed and direction along the timeline.
You can use also Sounding at a location (right click on mouse)
