Actual weather for sardegna is completely wrong.

Today we had a forecast for the Cagliari area, light winds, max 10 knots.
What we have is 25 to 35 at sea, still 20 at harbor.
All models are completely wrong.Is there a way to get better forecast for my area?

This very strange because the weather station of Cagliari airport was only reporting less than 10kt (8kt shown in this screenshot)
Are you talking about mean wind or wind gusts?

@idefix37 we've been out from marina di Capitana, heading west, starting w8th light winds in the morning,, by 11am we have been at around 17 knots and started heading back, the winds got up to the mid 20th until we reached the harbor around 3pm.
Some friends who came in about 5pm reported winds up to 25+
None of the forecasts showed this -
Weather models did not predict such wind force. May be due to local phenomenon?
Did the local marine advisories forecast this wind strength i.e. 6 Beaufort / 25kt according to your observation ?
Did you observe the mean wind over 10 minutes, or just the max wind speed at your anemometer?
