Unable to subscribe to Premium

Hi,
I'm unable to subscribe to the Premium version for my Android app. I have tried several times over several days, never succeeded but once... And was later reimbursed and Premium membership cancelled !!!Error on Dev console :

You are already Premium member, as the Premium badge is shown near your user name in your post.
With your phone app just use the same account as that one you use now.
