Have two charges to renew a single subscription

My credit card has two charges for renewing my annual subscription. There was a problem automatically processing my renewal, so I tried to renew manually. Now both the original charge and the manual renewal charge appear on my credit card bill even though one was canceled. Can you please process a refund per the instructions from your US payment processor, FastSpring?

@davthom Hello, thanks for contacting us. I refunded you the duplicate order. Now you only have 1 active Windy Premium. I sent you the order reference number via PM.

This morning there are still two charges for Windy subscriptions on my credit card and I don't have Premium access. Please make it better.

@davthom I checked the situation and the refund was sent this morning. Fastspring has in their policy 2-5 days to process it. Thank you for your patience.
