I'm a person who live in Bellevue Washington, USA. When I go check the weather of the region that I live in, the windy.com website says that there's snowing right now, but the actual weather is only cloudy and there's no snow at all.

Windy does NOT ‘say that there's snowing’, because Windy visualises weather models forecast.
Have you tried all models available in you area, not only the default model?

@idefix37 Only ECMWF and ICON forecast can be see for snow, and thank you for remind me that. Moreover, the ICON forecast model says that Bellevue have no snow now. Thank you very much for correct me. :)

Your are right, there is only ECMWF and ICON showing the Snow depth. I thought you were talking about snowfall. All models available in your region show the prediction of snowfall on the map and in the Meteogram graph.
Snow depth is not easy to predict, depending on snowfall accumulation, natural compaction of the snow cover and melting by air temp and ground conditions.
