Lately when it starts raining here in Israel, I keep see unmatched reports in your site Vs the real weather outside...

Hi, Windy does not report weather (except locally at weather stations), but visualises weather models forecasts.
Have you tried the 4 models available in your country ?
To get a precise rain report see the weather radar layer.
